You will receive your bib, pins, tee, and a goodie bag – come early so that you can check-in and hand-off your bag before 9:30AM

Start location: Cape Vincent Town Dock (base of Esselstyne & Gouvello Streets)

5k & 10k Walk & Run pre-registration cost: $45

This year, the TPR event will be hosting not just the Color Fun Run for kids! There will also be facepainting, a Bouncy House, games, and crafts — ALL FREE!

ALSO this year, the TPR event is hosting a Health & Wellness fair to provide Runners, Walkers, & the Community support and education on their well-being!

We are looking for Health & Wellness vendors!

We invite local gyms, health food outlets, health insurance companies, massage therapists, bike shops, dieticians, meditation experts, etc. to sign up for a booth!
